Tango™ Webservice Quick Start
In this tutorial, we will be taking you through some of the basic features of Tango™ Webservices. We will cover the following features:

Performing a Condition Assessment Assignment Report Search
Login
1.) Open you web browser.
2.) Visit www.tf7.com to access the login page.
3.) On the top right corner, hover over "
Customer Login."
4.) From the drop down menu, select "
Tango."
5.) From the Tango™ login screen, enter your "
Username" and "
Password" and click "
Login"
6.) Click the database you want to access
Integrated Condition Report Icon
To access the Integrated Condition Report, click the

IRC icon from the toolbar.
ICR From Unit In Tree
1.) Highlight the item, then right click to open menu.
2.) Click on "
Filtered ICR Report" to open.
Open Condition Entry Details
1.) Click on "
Severity Title".
2.) Click on "
View" for Report Details.
Enter Work Order Assignment Code
1.) Click on "
Severity Title".
2.) Click on "
Work Order Request" or "
Work Order Number" (depending on your companies preferance) to assign a Work Order Code.
Note: Depending on your security settings, you may be asked to allow "Scripted Windows" for the Work Order Entry to be allowed to open. With most browsers the prompt to allow scripting will be a pop-up window or an "Information Bar" at the top of the screen.
3.) Entry the proper code or number, then click "
OK".
Print Detail Report
After viewing the report (follow steps above), you can print the reports using your browsers printer settings. Shown is Internet Explorer 8.
Check Off At Completion
1.) Click "
Checkoff" upon completion.
2.) Then Click "
OK".
Linked Documents
1.) Within the Tango™ tree, right click on an asset. Then open the "
Linked Documents".
2.) Click on "
Panel Layout" to open.
3.) You may be promted to "
Save" or "
Open" the file. Click "
Open" and the .doc file will open in your default .doc program.
4.) Once the document opens, then you may print, save, or email the document.
Performing a Condition Assessment Assignment Report Search
1.) From the Plant Tree on the Right Screen;
A. Expand "Service" tree
B. Expand "Condition Assessment Services" tree
C. Double Click "Condition Assessment Report Search"
2.) Check or Fill-In the "
Dates" and "
Task and Assignment Information" filters to narrow your search, and then Click "
Search".
3.) View your results.
