Linked Documents (Web Services)

Linked Documents (A file such as a picture or a report used to support the analyst findings.) may be added to Equipment, Locations,Repairs, Condition Entries, and Historical Equipment notes.

To Link a document:

1.) Left click "Add File" next to Link Documents.


2.) In the Specify the File to Upload window, click "Browse...".


3.) In the Choose File to Upload screen, select the appropriate file and click "Open".


4.) Enter a Description of the file.

5.) Select the Document Type from the dropdown box.


6.) Select the Document Folder where the Linked Document is to be stored.


7.) When all information has been entered/selected, left click "Upload".


8.) The file will be uploaded and can be viewed by double clicking on it.
