Registry Editor will open with a tree on the left side

Expand
the HKEY_USERS branch

Expand
the .DEFAULT branch

Right
Click on the Software branch and select New\Key

Type
TF7 for the new key
-
Right
click on the TF7 key you just created and select permissions
-
Click
the Advanced button
-
Uncheck
Include Inheritable permissions from objects parent, and select "Remove" from
the Windows Security Prompt

Check
Replace all existing inheritable permissions on all descendants
-
Click
the "Add..." button
-
Type
the users login name (The Login you use when logging on the computer) and click
"Check Names"
-
You
should see the computer name \ user’s name
-
Click
OK
-
Check
the Allow Box under Full Control
-
Click
"OK"
-
Click
on the Effective Permissions Tab
-
Click
the "Select" button for Group or Username
-
Type
the users login name (The Login you use when logging on the computer) and click
"Check Names"
-
You
should see the computer name \ user’s name
-
Click
OK
-
Under
Effective Permissions you should see a long list with a check next to each box,
starting with Full Control
-
Click
the OK button
-
You
will get a message about replacing explicitly defined permissions, Click "Yes"
-
Click
"OK"
-
Close
the Registry Editor
-
You
should now be able to add plugins to Tango just as you did in older versions of
Windows.
